You must provide written confirmation of your order number and an explanation of the reason for cancellation. Delivery costs of returning any product will be payable by you, unless due to error on our part. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or were not received initially with shrink-wrap or seals. If an item has been damaged in transit, or you have not been sent the item you ordered, report the situation to us as soon as possible, and delivery of a replacement item will be arranged.
